What is Harris Tweed?
Harris tweed is a handwoven cloth/tweed, made in the Outer Hebrides, especially on the the islands of Harris and Lewis just off the coast of Scotland. Authentic Harris Tweed is issued with the Harris Tweed Orb Mark,a after inspection by the Harris Tweed Authority.
What is Tweed?
Tweed is a woollen cloth, originating from Scotland, and is usually made in either a plain or twill weave and can have a check, barleycorn or herringbone weave.
How do I find my Head size?
To find your head size simply refer to our size guide.
What should I do if my hat or cap gets wet?
Lay flat at room temperature, away from direct sunlight to dry naturally, do not force dry your Hat or Cap.
How do I make a purchase?
You can order online 24 hours a day, via our website.

How do I purchase your products?
You can purchase our products via our website, just select the products you require and add them to your shopping bag, then check out.
Can I use gift cards to purchase online?
Yes, you can use gift card to purchase online.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and payments through PayPal
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card or payments via PayPal will be charged when we dispatch your order.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, but the process is longer, due to the fact that the cheque has to clear before we despatch your order, usually 3 - 5 working days.
Postage and Delivery
How are my orders sent?
Orders are despatched using either national post or our couriers, depending on the size and when you would like to receive your goods.
How long does it take to receive my goods?
Deliveries generally arrive within 3-5 business days in the UK and Ireland. Mainland Europe 4-7 business days and USA 6-10 business days. Other countries within 7-10 business days.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, a signature is required, as we send everything via registered post or our couriers.
Can someone else sign for my order?
Yes, someone else at the same address can sign for the package. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage once the package has been signed for.
Exchange and Returns
How do I Exchange or Return goods already purchased?
We are happy to exchange or refund any goods, that haven’t been worn, altered and are in a re-saleable condition with labels and packaging intact. To return or exchange an item, follow the instructions below.
- Package goods as they were, in a suitable package/box.
- Enclose the dispatch note.
- Return to the address on the 'Return address labels' provided.
For exchanges we will credit your credit/debit card or PayPal account for postage costs, for non-faulty returns we credit your debit/credit card or PayPal account the cost of goods only.
How long do I have to exchange or return goods already purchased?
You have 28 days from when you receive the order to exchange or return goods, all exchanges and returns will be accepted, as long as they haven’t been worn, altered and are in a re-saleable condition with labels and packaging intact. If there is any missing or damaged goods in your order, we must be informed within 5 business days of you receiving your order.
